Hey!

A New Model of Education: Comprehensive Care, Community, and True Inclusion

Our current system
doesn't support our
humans.

Why?

The Bottom Line

Education is underfunded, overburdened, and segregated.

Siloed Care

Insurance models can be complex, limiting quality care to access and education.

Cycles of Oppression

Overwork and bureaucratic hurdles undermine quality of care and community integration.

Societal "Progress"

Systems prioritize standardization over accessibility, creating economic barriers that threaten long-term GDP growth.

Good news!

Hi,
We're Jamie & Chelsea — and we have

We believe that every person deserves a system that fully includes and supports them—they deserve a community. We’re creating a space where people can live and learn in real ways, with real experiences, surrounded by those who truly see, accept, and celebrate them for who they are. This isn’t just about integrating therapies or educational strategies; it’s about building a world where people can connect to their communities and to themselves without compromise. We’re doing this because we’ve experienced the gaps—the ways people are too often placed into systems that focus on their deficits rather than their strengths. We’ve seen how families are made to feel like they need to fight for their kids to just belong because of marginalization due to societal views on what “normal” means. We’ve seen how people are struggling to even pay their bills while working these high-stress jobs (education, clinical support, special ed, etc.) whose leadership prioritizes financial gain over humane practices and client outcomes. And we’ve seen how all of this leads to a siloed and oppressive society that burns people out consistently across neurotypes, that alienates people who are different, that reduces access to basic social needs, and that lacks representation and true accountability at the top. This is not how it should be. Differences are the biological basis for life. No two humans are exactly the same. Every single brain is unique. This should be expected and designed for in our society. Every person is already whole, already enough, and our work shows the world, not just what it looks like to embrace the truth. But that this is a better way to operate and build a society that increases positive outcomes for everybody. What makes us different is that we’re not stopping at providing support; we’re creating a model for true inclusion. This means blending the best of education with progressive therapies like ABA, speech, and occupational therapy in a way that’s grounded in respect and assent. But it also means stepping outside the classroom or therapy room—helping kids practice life skills where life actually happens. Whether it’s riding a bus, shopping at a grocery store, or just being part of a local event, we’re creating spaces and opportunities for kids to feel confident and connected in the world around them. Leading to adults who are able to thrive in the world, as they define it. We also empower people to create their own products and have the same opportunities as their peers, practicing these skills in safe and supported spaces built upon universal design principles. These spaces are intentionally created to work for everyone, ensuring inclusivity at every level. This approach doesn’t just benefit neurodiverse people; it benefits all by teaching inclusion inherently and actionably every day. By engaging with one another in these inclusive spaces, people learn to value differences, work together, and build communities where everyone fits in without having to change who they are. At its heart, our nonprofit is about love. It’s about the belief that every human deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in building a life that is meaningful to them. It’s about families knowing they’re not alone. And it’s about showing that communities can—and must—be places where everyone has the opportunity to contribute in their way. That’s why we’re here, and that’s what drives every decision we make.

Inclusion means creating environments where all individuals feel  welcomed, respected, supported, and valued—where everyone is safe and invited to participate in their own way.

Our Approach

We've designed an operational model that supports every human within the system—while contributing meaningfully to strategic GDP growth. With this model we will prove, with empirical evidence, that there is a sustainable and equitable way to provide education and associated supports. All in service of achieving our vision: a world where differences are expected, respected, included, and celebrated.

On Access & Barriers to Services

"We need a way for people to get services before there’s a diagnosis. The amount of time it takes to wait for services, combined with transportation barriers, makes it nearly impossible for families."

Community is everything...

By following the principles of Universal Design, we can build a community where everyone feels accepted because differences are normalized, supported, understood, and celebrated. By designing for the highest support needs, we live, model, and teach the value of inclusivity.

Child development depends on social supports and learning can only happen when we feel safe and respected.
